Selecting good speakers for your event should be simple. Emphasis on "should". Unfortunately, it often degrades into choas, the end result of which is a speaker lineup that's merely....fine. Fine may be good enough for somebody else's event but not yours.
You can do better.
We know because we've been there. In the past, we'd have grandiose plans for our events, but then the grading process would turn into a disaster, work was lost or repeated, deadlines would be missed and we'd end up with a massive headache and an event that was only fine.
We don't like fine.
Over time we developed best practices around how we selected, managed, and analyzed our graders, to guide our abstract submission and review process. We (and our events) have greatly benefited from them and now we've bundled these guidelines into a helpful whitepaper, which you can access via the button below. Download it, and don't let choas behind the scenes result in a "fine" event ever again.
