We’re thrilled to announce that the Technology Association of Oregon named Hubb winner of the “Emerging Technology Company of the Year” last night at its 34th Annual Oregon Technology Awards. The awards program celebrates excellence and achievement in the state’s technology industry.

"The Oregon Tech Awards is the largest gathering in the region celebrating the leading tech companies, top executives and companies with the most disruptive technology," said Skip Newberry, TAO President and CEO. "From first-time entrepreneurs to seasoned executives, this is a must-attend event for those interested in connecting with the people and companies that are driving the area's tech industry."

And while we’re talking about awards…

Hubb was selected as a 2018 TiE50 Finalist for the prestigious TiE50 Awards Program, which recognizes the world’s most innovative tech start-ups. The awards competition is part of TiE Inflect 2018, the world's largest conference for tech entrepreneurs, so that was quite an honor!

“The support we’ve seen from the technology and business communities has been incredible,” Allie said. “We’re honored that so many people believe in our potential and contributions to these industries, as well as the value Hubb brings to meetings and events professionals.”

Our intrepid leader, Allie Magyar, founder and CEO of Hubb, is a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of The Year^® 2018 Award in the Pacific Northwest. This is a huge honor. The prestigious awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who excel in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

The winner will be announced during an awards ceremony in June in Seattle, Wash.
